"Fun and engaging!"

What do you like best? I love the cheers section of TP! It's a wonderful way for our employees to recognize others or get recognized themselves. We stream the cheers board to TVs in our lounge so that it's visible at all times. We also integrated with slack so cheers are posted in a channel. What do you dislike? 1. I'd like to respond to pulses with an emoji. We are a slack heavy and emoji heavy org and there are times when an emoji would be the perfect response. 2. I wish we could ask a ...

TinyPulse lives up to its objective to be a system that employs quick and easy ways to encourage engagement and participation between and among employees and leadership What do you dislike? There is nothing that stands out for me to list here at this time What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? "Only as good as the users/culture"

What do you like best? Easy way to anonymously provide feedback to senior management. What do you dislike? Feedback from users can only be provided with text. No options to add pictures, polls etc What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Senior management has used it to gauge how staff feel about certain issues and make decisions based on that.

What do you like best? The ability to track and trend employee data based on themes What do you dislike? Inability to access data at the filter level What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Real time feedback against themes provides valuable insight and information

"Great out of the box tool"

What do you like best? The questions and platform are great and easy to use. I very nice place to get started gathering meaningful employee feedback What do you dislike? As an admin with several different accounts the UI needs a little work. It's a little buggy and sometimes hard to find what I need. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We're working on developing a more healthy organizational culture where all employees feel valued.
