What do you like best? I like that it makes me reflect on aspects of work that I like and dislike and how they could be improved or changed. Sometimes it sparks enlightening conversations with coworkers, though the topics are often so sensitive that we don't feel comfortable discussing our answers. What do you dislike? What do you like best? I really appreciate the underlying goal that is trying to be accomplished through TINYpulse. Also, I love that our company values everyone's opinions! "Great product for company feedback"

What do you like best? It is a quick way to get anonymous feedback and suggestions from the team in order to provide new services and create new efficiencies for the organization. What do you dislike? There is not a lot to dislike. It requires company buy-in to work. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We are getting input from those who are less likely to speak up. It has created new products and processes to better serve our team and our clients.

What do you like best? It's anonymous - totally and completely anonymous. You're able to provide feedback in a safe space. What do you dislike? Some of the questions asked/proposed are horrendous. Such as - if your president was a movie star, who would they be and why? NO. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Promoting transparency and honest communication within an organization
