What do you like best? I really like the "Cheers for Peers" feature. Congratulating and recognizing those who go above and beyond is always important! Showing that you appreciate someone is a key factor in employee engagement. What do you dislike? I wish there were credits or points or dollars connected to Cheers. "It's truly helped increase communication and "feel goods" all around!"
What do you like best? I love the Slack integration that allows us to see and share the "Cheers for Peers" in real-time. Celebrating the small - big wins of our colleagues is a great way addition to the day. What do you dislike? My only dislike is that I wish there was a URL shortcut that we could link inside the description of our slack channel to quickly access for sending a quick cheers for peers. What do you like best? I like how TinyPulse opens up transparent communication between management and employees What do you dislike? Recent changes like TinyPulse Perform mean well in theory, but is rather elementary in its design. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? "Great Quick Tool"
What do you like best? Easy to keep updated on the feeling around the office. What do you dislike? As we've scaled, we need more granularity around areas for improvement. More ability to target questions and have IFTTT type questions would be great. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Trying to make sure that our employees can bring their whole selves to work, as that makes our company happier and more productive.
