Good for Invoicing but not easy to learn
As long as you charge every client the same amount this is a great software. You can not make an hourly rate per client when you add them to the system. Not user friendly and for answers you have to call customer service and make an appointment to have them explain how to use the software. I can easily learn new software but this one has been a pain to learn.

TimeSolv lacks many features of more mature internet-based timekeeping and billing solutions. it is pretty good at the basics and is more of a bare-bones choice for the budget-minded.

Simple and straightforward
Simple and straightforward; easy to use. The user interface is particularly good. I have worked on a number of legal billing software packages, and TimeSolv is my favorite to date!

TimeSolv is the best time and billing…
TimeSolv is the best time and billing program and company that I've come across. The transition to the program was seamless and the personnel with the company are capable and helpful. I recommend the program and company highly.

Need to improve your timer function and…
Need to improve your timer function and make it more intuitive.Need to improve the loading speed of auto-predict when typing in a client/matter.More data products would be interesting in the time entry page (e.g. how much time you have spent for clients that month)

Desktop trumps App.
The desktop version is great.The app. is a different story. Although much of the app experience is great, it would be MUCH BETTER if, instead of inputting a "start time" and "end time" to represent how much time was spent on a task, the app allowed you to just input the time spent, i.e., .20; .60, etc...
