This is a great service that allows any size practice to have professional billing.
What do you like best? I love that I can use it on a Mac, or a PC, my iPhone, and it integrates with QuickBooks and Lawpay. It is incredibly helpful to have both monthly repeat billing, cost billing, time billing and flat fees all available for a very moderate fee. It is particularly useful to be able to set up contacts and automate my practice to send out invoice emails without any additional steps. What do you dislike? I used TimeSolv for my previous legal…
I used TimeSolv for my previous legal position. It is very easy to use and time-efficient. It is great software for smaller firms and companies to bill clients in an accurate way. Supposedly our clients can see real-time tasks and how much time we spent on these tasks. It saves a whole lot of time on administration communication and reduces mistakes on over-billing.

What do you like best? Ease of use-it's very intuitive for all users. What do you dislike? The invoices can be a bit difficult to understand for clients. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We are much mroe steramlined in our billing. The software allows us to tarck oustanding bills and manage our client bills so much easier.
