"Migration to TimeSolv Successful"
What do you like best about TimeSolv? TimeSolv is user-friendly and intuitive. Data transferred fairly well from prior timekeeping program without data loss. What do you dislike about TimeSolv? There are still succinct reports that need to be developed. What problems is TimeSolv solving and how is that benefiting you? We are migrating from a server to a cloud-based product. Processing is quicker and reports look more professional.

What do you like best about TimeSolv? Best feature: Amazing customer service. Whenever I am stuck (increasingly way less as I become more experienced with it), there is a live support person who walks me through. That is priceless. What do you dislike about TimeSolv? The system makes me change my password periodically -- I have difficulty remembering all my passwords! What problems is TimeSolv solving and how is that benefiting you? Monthy billing takes 10 minutes instead of hours! Bills ...

What do you like best about TimeSolv? Intuitive. Fast, Functions as stated. Ease of use. Easy to access reports. What do you dislike about TimeSolv? No major complaints. I guess the phone app seems a little basic, but it works just fine. What problems is TimeSolv solving and how is that benefiting you? Allows me to use LegalX billing system and solves all coding issues.

Sometimes it isn't easy to find features (like reports), and the notifications after updates are persistent even after being viewed. What problems is TimeSolv solving and how is that benefiting you? What do you like best about TimeSolv? Very quick and responsive customer support. Extremely easy to use interface, easy to train staff on its use. Has streamlined our billing process and enabled us to get billing out quicker and easier. What do you dislike about TimeSolv?
