Applicable to different kinds of jobs
PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? This application is marketed to legal services, but it can also be used in other industries. I work in public relations. MyCase to TimeSolv
The law firm I work for just made the switch from MyCase to TimeSolv. So far, however, I've been unimpressed. Before I continue listing the pros and cons, I have to mention our initial experience with porting data over from our prior software, MyCase. The TimeSolv sales rep we corresponded with initially represented that they would port all of our case data over from MyCase to TimeSolv, but, after we signed on, we were informed that they could only migrate "active" cases. Provides all the functionality I need as a time tracker.
What do you like best? I enjoy the plainly laid out interface, especially the first webpage after logging in. What do you dislike? Simple interface makes for easy and convenient billing
What do you like best? Straight from the login screen TimeSolv is easy and practical to use. The calendar setup makes it easy to visualize billing hours for each week as well as the month as a whole. The program has made billing much easier for our firm! What do you dislike? TimeSolv is easy and practical to use. Billing work hours has never been easier! I like the option of manually entering your time as well as the option to use a timer. TimeSolv has saved our firm a lot of time and hassle when it comes to billing. Thank you!

So Userfriendly!!
I love how user friendly this software is!! Anyone can easily adjust to using this. The layout is very clear and professional, and the support team is amazing. Would absolutely recommend!

What do you like best? This software makes it easier to track all of my time on various types of cases! What do you dislike? It could use some work with integrating various apps.
