"From Timeslips To Timesolv"
What do you like best about TimeSolv? I love how easily accessible managing client rates are. I also love the fact that my attorneys can enter their own time and it helps them to keep track of their monthly billing hours. What do you dislike about TimeSolv? I am new to Timesolv, I haven't had an opportunity to find anything that I dislike. What problems is TimeSolv solving and how is that benefiting you? Our firm bills are going out much sooner.

What do you like best about TimeSolv? User friendly and easy to learn basics and send invoices What do you dislike about TimeSolv? the "matters" requirement is somewhat redundant What problems is TimeSolv solving and how is that benefiting you? When you send invoices, you have to void to send again, faster and easy to enter time

What do you like best about TimeSolv? Highly intuitive software allows time keeping from computers and other devices. Have been using over 15 years. What do you like best about TimeSolv? Easy to make time entries, easy to create and edit invoices, ability to tailor set up for each client, ability to track & correct how payments are applied. What do you dislike about TimeSolv? What do you like best about TimeSolv? Ease of entering time; ease of issuing invoices; good offering of reports. What do you dislike about TimeSolv? Overall, love the system, so these suggestions must be weighed against general satisfaction with the product: (1) difficult to create a flat fee invoice (2) don't like that you cannot edit draft invoices and have to void it first to make changes (3) for contacts, I don't like the categories offered. What do you like best about TimeSolv? The speed of the platform and ease of access for support and tutorials on how to use the platform as a whole. "EASY, INEXPENSIVE, COMPLETE"
What do you like best about TimeSolv? I have a small firm that primarily practices criminal defense. However, I now need to keep up with a significant portion of my time and was so frustrated composing invoices before using TimeSolv. "They've thought of almost everything."
What do you like best about TimeSolv? The customer support. I can get questions answered in the evenings or on the weekends via email and I can easily schedule a zoom meeting. What do you dislike about TimeSolv? TimeSolv integrates with LawPay, but doesn't have the functionality to fully integrate when the processing fees are passed on to the client. What problems is TimeSolv solving and how is that benefiting you? Invoicing, time tracking, referral management.
