Great overall rating
Great overall rating! It would have been 5 stars had it not been for a lone incident this year (sometime April, I think wherein Time Doctor went down without advanced notice to its clients.

I am happy with the app
I am happy with the app. It is easy to use. However, I encountered some issues with Jira sinking as some of the closed tickets still appear in my TimeDoctor.

Very Nice way to track multiple users…
Very Nice way to track multiple users at the same time. Pros:- lots of reports and settings customization. For example: you can set screenshots interval per user level.- ability to quickly change time zone in reporting/monitoring.- aside from monitoring the number of keystrokes/mouse movements, it can even monitor which apps and which sites were open for a long time.- quick support. support answers very quickly for any questions you might have.Cons:- There are some very minor issues ...
