What do you like best? It has a nice icon and the website runs smoothly, and allows you to track your time and visualize that by the graph they provide. It has a lot of features like a task tracker/management, which I do not use but would be helpful probably if I did. It just doesn't seem necessary What do you dislike? What do you like best? I like that you can easily approve or deny requests as well as the layout of the payroll report and each individual's hours. What do you dislike? Sometimes I have problems approving punches but that seems to happen very rarely now. Used TCW for almost a year, can not reccomend it

What do you like best? Price is the only thing that TCW has going for it. But the lack of features totally outweigh this. What do you dislike? NO customer support, chat is useless and the number listed only goes to voicemail. Never have received a call back. Can NOT split timesheets between days. We have overnight employees and if they clock in at 7PM on Friday, the hours worked after midnight are still considered time worked on Friday, makes payroll impossible to run without editing ...

First experience managing other's schedules and payroll and find this easy to use and helpful

What do you like best? This is the first job I've had where I manage other people. So, I can't compare this to other apps, but I find this extremely easy to use and helpful. It has everything I need. I can control what times people can clock in and what locations they have to be in order to clock in. It tells me when it suspects clock in errors and how many.
