What do you like best about Insightly CRM? This CRM is easy to learn, easy to use, and extremely capable as a CRM, especially for our B2G-oriented business. Our small sales team has been able to customize our opportunity pipeline over time to fit our specific sales flow needs, and the mobile app lets everyone keep an eye on our targets even on busy days.

What do you like best about Insightly CRM? I have When using Insightly for over three years now. We chose Insightly after considering three other CRM providers. I find the customer interface very easy to use. Also the ability to store customer data and link it with other applications is phenomenal. Furthermore it's really easy to download customer data into a spreadsheet.
