What do you like best about Insightly CRM? We use Insightly CRM for managing orders. It makes it extremely easy to organize the orders coming in and get them out the door as fast as possible. My work would not be as organized without Insightly CRM. The reports are especially helpful to use in conjunction with Excel.

What do you like best about Insightly CRM? Being able to filter everything has been a great benefit. Whenever we need to customize something we have a work instructions that shows how to filter something down to what exactly you need. And it works!
