Insightly is like a notebook that is smarter than you

What do you like best? In short, Insightly is really really good at CRM. Sounds like a strange comment potentially, but it is easy enough so anyone can use it, and it is "free style" enough so you can capture all the data you need. So yes, you should fill out a contact, connect to a company and raise a opportunity, but the system will allow you to just raise the opportunity and fill the rest of the bits out later. What do you like best? The ease of use. I was up and running in minutes and had my clients loaded, their projects listed, and milestones assigned within a day. I had done a good bit of research before I chose a CRM since I do understand the pain of conversion to another system. A free option is always good but I did consider paid products as well. Horrible as a Customer Support tool. Terrible tech support.

What do you like best? The only good thing I can say, and it is the main reason we selected this platform, is that the ability to save emails and files to a specific customer "folder" (they call it an Organization from within GMail is extremely easy.
