Great product, more than just a CRM

What do you like best? We use Insightly because it combines what would normally be a few different products into one, from Project Management, Relationship Management, to Lead Nurture it really has it all! Seems pretty comprehensive

What do you like best? I love the kanban view and the fact that we've gotten all our team members contributing to it together. Following projects through to completion has been made much easier. What do you dislike? In general, I think that it's a really great tool. Not everything shows up where I expect it, but I'm happy with it! What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? I'm not close enough to it for this.
