Amazing Customizable Tool
What do you like best? It’s an easy-to-learn platform for both front end users, and back end developing. What do you dislike? Logos in emails look huge and funny, even though they come across normal for the receiver. Recommendations to others considering the product: Utilize your time with the trainers to get it setup as you really want it. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Better workflow, storing of details, etc.

What do you like best? I like the organization and ease of reading data. What do you dislike? Lengthy data entry process. It takes a very long time to enter info What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? I am able to track in real time my progress and success with customers. I can easily pull up info on a contact or company for reference while on the phone with them.

Not very intuitive, clunky workflow
What do you like best? Database for sales, support, and success. Insightly houses a bunch of information for us and our sales team is able to easily access information from other departments. What do you dislike? It's hard to build reports based around emails, notes, and contacts. Customizable and User Friendly but Can Be Clunky
What do you like best? Customizability is great. Email templates are great. Navigation is easy. What do you dislike? When clients reply to emails from Insightly, the BCC of my Insightly email drops off so they don't sync with Insightly automatically. I have to install an extension within my Gmail to sync manually, which is not beneficial if I'm out of the office and my team wants to keep up with client conversations.
