What do you like best? It is an intuitive CRM, it makes it very easy for us to manage opportunities. It shows clearly pipeline activity, allows us to schedule tasks and effectively manage our contacts directory. What do you like best? Insightly really helps provide a basic simplified CRM wherein you could set a task and assign it to a colleague, with its due date, status, and if it's a recurring task. PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? Our sales, project managers and accounting team are all in one place and on the same page with our clients.
