What do you like best? Great cost. Fairly powerful CRM system and reasonably intuitive to use. What do you dislike? No easy way to get answers to questions. Good idea, but difficult to get what we needed out of the app

What do you like best? I really like how easy it is to add contacts, setup leads and send emails to contacts/set up email campaigns. I also like the flow of the app and how tabs expand as needed as well as integration with a mobile app for on-the-go work. I also like the easy addition of tags throughout the app...makes it easy to quickly grab the list I need. What do you like best? I like how customizable Insightly is. It's really easy to make custom fields and modify the software to fit your team's needs. Reports are easy and you can sync it with other apps, such as PandaDoc. What do you dislike?
