What do you like best? I really like the flexibility to create any type of workflow you need for any type of team. It's been extremely helpful to customize flows for our marketing team so they can look at a todo list as well as by calendar day. What do you dislike? What do you like best? the simple interface that helps to on-board staff who are unfamiliar with databases or using any type of CRM. What do you dislike? The lack of customization and the fact that it doesn't integrate with other software like Deltek Vision. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? What do you like best? I liked to be able to link contacts to businesses. I also liked every organization to have their own website, and adding a note indicates a new meeting clearly. I love that too and I like the search function. I can add attachments. What do you dislike? In the actual notes section I just did not like the word processing program.
