What do you like best? Insightly is very responsive. The search feature is amazing. I find the interface simple to navigate and when it's time to automate, insightly has powerful automation features. What do you like best? Insightly CRM is very useful in tracking the sales progression. It allows the user to create new opportunities, leads and tracks the status of the leads. Insightly is very easy to use and set up

What do you like best? I like how easy this was to setup. I was able to set it all up for my company of 15 people by myself. What do you dislike? Insightly does not have as many features as some of the other CRM systems. Also, it does not sync well with Outlook. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? What do you like best? I like the ability to create connections or relationships between any entities in the system. Quickbooks Online integration is also excellent. Excellent automated and group management features

What do you like best? The way that we access Insightly is incredibly easy and compatible with a wide range of computer and mobile devices. We aren't required to download and install any software to our computers. We can just visit the Insightly website, log in and then access all of our company's work information.
