What do you like best? Simple and Ease of use. Very user friendly and easy to navigate. Good option if you are looking to start a CRM for your small business. What do you dislike? Lack of integration with other sales/marketing software, slow on updates. UI has been the same for awhile. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Gave me the opportunity to organize my data for my business. Free option is great when getting started.

Wonderful for indexing and notes, not so great for project management
What do you like best? I love how much data you're able to keep in Insightly; we use this for Development in a healthcare company, and being able to have custom tags and a searchable index is wonderful. Their pipeline feature for outreach is great too. Great once personalized
What do you like best? When I first started using insightly I was not a big fan. It was much different from other CRM's I have used in the past. What do you like best? I really like that you can "tag" your contacts so that you can do a quick search for those contacts that might fit an exact demographic that you're looking for. I also like that you can add your own custom fields to cover things that aren't in your typical contact information fields. What do you dislike?
