"Easy to use and hub for all information"
What do you like best about Insightly CRM? I find the comments section the most useful as different team members can update tickets with comments and then there is essentially a full handover of where the task is up to without needing to physically talk to another person

What do you like best about Insightly CRM? I love that we are able to keep all of our leads and clients on track throughout the pipeline. We are able to personalize the CRM to tailor toward exactly what we need in order to keep our clients and tasks organized.

"Great and Flexible CRM"
What do you like best about Insightly CRM? The Insightly system provides all the services we want from a CRM without being overly rigid in structure and forcing us to confrom exactly to a predetermined mold. The customization and flexibility of the terminology it allows us to use and the reporting we can track means training others on the system and getting buy in on utilization was effortless.
