"Easy to use and hub for all information"
What do you like best about Insightly CRM? I find the comments section the most useful as different team members can update tickets with comments and then there is essentially a full handover of where the task is up to without needing to physically talk to another person

"Awesome CRM Couldn't ask for more"
What do you like best about Insightly CRM? Everything, but the task lists and projects are awesome. It makes it very easy to follow along with your day and what you have going on. It's also nice to run lists and automatically send emails to those lists of clients. This saves so much time

What do you like best about Insightly CRM? The search feature is brilliant. It always presents the results for the option I'm looking for, even with just a few characters added to it. Very smart indeed!
