Easier than you think

What do you like best? It saves me a lot of time and money keeping ticketing in-house and I can check on sales whenever I choose. What do you dislike? Easy and enjoyable to use

Easy and enjoyable to use - intuitive design, easy to personalise and clear. Liked how straightforward it was to manage bookings, including refunds. It saved us the time we would have spent on selling tickets ourselves and also tracking sales much more easy.

What do you like best? It is very easy to set up, even for a novice. What do you dislike? Manual download of information was cumbersome for us. I switched to this platform and am…

I switched to this platform and am amazed how easy it was. Guided by professional - and patient - customer support, the transformation has eased my 'booking life' tremendously. TT is low cost - important for a not-for-profit event like mine - and each booking fee is paid into our bank account - unlike the previous company which waited until the event had passed and then another 10 days! The TT site is accessible with clear instructions. I cannot recommend them highly enough.
