Awful customer service to long-standing customer

I have been using Ticket Tailor to sell tickets for my events for many years. I've never had to speak to anyone as everything is automated via their website and it works as it should. I took a 1 year break and due to a change in business partner decided to open a new account instead of using the one my previous business partner was tied to. What do you like best? I've been using it for a mid sized event (a weekend festival with about 250 tickets and over the last few months I've been very impressed with it. I like the ease with which I can log in and view sales, update ticket options, get notifications, receive direct payments, create coupons, and select a wide range of options when downloading the ticket data. Great Ticketing Service for Non profits

What do you like best? The best part of Ticket Tailor is that it linked up right to our organizations Paypal account. All the ticket purchases were directly deposited into our account and the only fee that was incurred was the fee Paypal takes on transactions. Not having extra fees meant that when we used this software for a fundraising event, we were able to raise more money for our charity! What do you dislike? The best event ticketing I've used

What do you like best? No per ticket fees caved us thousands. We could also embed the whole checkout process in to our website. What do you dislike? I had to get some help installing the Facebook app which could have been simpler. Their support team helped along the way anyway. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Selling tickets online directly from our website, and also event checkin was very simple.

An intuitive and cost effective event management platform!

We investigated other top event management platforms and Ticket Tailor came out on top, with the right balance of cost and features for the workshops we were self managing. It's also super easy to use and intuitive. There's a few features we'd like to see more of but for now this absolutely meets the need! Also, the support from real people is timely and thorough. Recommended.
