Really love the monthly payment

Really love the monthly payment! It saves a great deal of money as opposed "small" percentage fee charged by other similar programs. I love that I can "pause" my subscription when not hosting an event and that all my info is saved when I continue again. The phone app for ticket scanning could run a little smoother but is seems to work great when set up correctly.

Ticket tailor is easy to use

Ticket tailor is easy to use and covers all the bases. The integration with stripe was easy and straight forward. My event website looks sleek with minimal effort on my end, and the url is great. Managing ticket sales and vouchers etc. is super easy. Creating multiples ticket types for multiples dates for a single event is complicated, I had to do each one individually. Probably better to set up each date as a separate event.

Easy to use

What do you like best? Very easy to use & always someone available to answer any questions online. I was very new to using this, i had a few questions but it was mostly very easy to navigate. What do you dislike? Its all great, theres nothing i would change. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Ease of use especially to a new business.
