Ticket Tailor has been seamless for our events! Their live chat seems to always be available, they're quick to respond to my questions, the platform is intuitive to use, and it's easy to modify messaging. Also, great price point - thank you!

Excellent system and great customer support!

We are a UK triathlon club, we needed a system to be able to sell tickets for our training sessions. We researched the market for ages before we came across Ticket Tailor. Their system is easy to use and well priced for what we needed. But, the most important point is that when a fool like me couldn't work out how to do something, the Ticket Tailor customer service team were there to put me straight. They are a great bunch!

Great way to sell tickets!

TicketTailor is by far the easiest and cheapest method I have ever used to sell tickets for an event. The monthly subscription system works great, so that you don't have to spend a fee on each person that buys a ticket. The system is also very easy in use and straightforward, I could put the ticket sales system on my own Wordpress website within seconds.Please be aware that PayPal will subtract a fee for each payment still, but this is not something TicketTailor can help.

Brilliant Platform, easy to use and to implement. User friendly with a lower cost than Eventbrite and a flexible pricing structure.

What do you like best? The platform is easy to use and very flexible What do you dislike? Product is great the only thing that would make it better is if it was free! What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? It gives us an alternative platform to promote our ticket sales to reduce costs for the charity events throughout the year. The option to reduce the membership to cost less imbetween events is a great idea.

What do you like best? I like the clarity on the events pages, it is simple to see how many tickets have been sold, the money made and the type of tickets purchased.
