Painful experience

Painful experience. It took a long time to do it on the mobile platform - way too much typing (why enter the email address twice when you're looking at it? why isn't the email address field set up to include the "@" so I'm not constantly switching keyboards? and the captchas are just so extra. When you ask a QUESTION you have to enter a captcha. My tickets never arrived, even though I completed the process and could see the QR code.I long for the good old days of handing over money and ...

Efficient, user friendly and very professional.

Really easy to use and set up. Great customer support ensures any questions I had were answered quickly. The fact that our branding is used throughout any interactivity with end users is also great. Everything the Ticket Tailor system promises to do, it has done superbly.

What do you like best? It is incredibly easy to set up and manage multiple events. What do you dislike? would love to have more flexibility in customizing the embeded ticketing widget. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We run promotional and fundraising events for our clients.
