I was a TicketMaster user. But ThunderTix turned the tables for me.

PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? I like how tickets cane be printed out and includes the name of the buyer. It's cool having the ability to directly run charges vai the program. PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? We went from doing things manually and handling a bunch of paperwork to Thundertix. It was smooth operation since making the switch.
