What do you like best about ThoughtExchange? This is so much more than a survey. What I like best is the data. We get so much rich data from our exchanges. It is hard to narrow down what I like best, but the ability to theme results is high on the pros list. We can see trends among the results that help us connect with our community more profoundly. It goes beyond the basics of survey questions and allows users to interact with feedback, giving us a true overview of what we need to focus on and what is important to our user base. Thoughtexchange helps us build a stronger community through honest dialogue and allows our school district to have a greater sense from all the voices in our community. The platform is easy to use on the administrative side - and provides clear reports for use by our administration and school board - as well as for documenting the results of the community conversation for our diverse stakeholders. The staff at ThoughtExchange are also exceptional.
