"Great Company - Great Service - Highly recommend"

What do you like best about Commio? Pricing, Flexibility, No Contract required, Great Communication. Trouble tickets get attention almost immediately and the few times there have been issues they have been very communicative with updates as well as providing an RFO when it is all resolved.

"A smart phone central/router in the cloud!"

What do you like best about Commio? The best part from thinQ, when integrated with Twilio in our case, is that it intelligently switches outbound phone providers depending on the destination we call. It doesn't seem like much to save at first, but seeing it in a cumulative view is a significant saving.

"Hassle free service with full control"

What do you like best about Commio? The interface of the site https://thinq.io/ is the easiest by far on all the providers that I have been to. I on average use 6 providers and my go-to is ThinQ as the first option always.

"Great Cost - Better Service"

What do you like best about Commio? We initially went with thinQ because of their prices however, we've found that not only is their cost incredible, but also their service. Every ticket I've ever created gets assigned to an engineer quickly and the only time I've struggled getting resolution is when the issue is on some Carrier who refuses to do any deep dives.
