I am so pleased to have Therapy Notes on my team! As a clinical therapist in a private practice, it is very important to be able to trust my preferred platform for billing and clinical notes. Therapy notes NEVER disappoints! A shout out to Bianca for being so punctual and communicative!

I was having a problem processing a…

I was having a problem processing a credit card. Andrea at TherapyNotes was very helpful. Neither she nor I had encountered this type of problem before, yet she was very patient in assessing the issue and very thorough in exploring and explaining the solution once she discovered what was causing the problem.

This is one of the best software…

This is one of the best software companies for therapists I’ve ever worked with - and I’ve worked with a lot! Their customer service is beyond superb and their ability to stay ahead of the game and know what we need before we even need it is magnificent. There are a couple of things I would like to see them add but the benefits far outweigh additional conveniences. Knowing them, they will probably have them added soon enough!
