The best system I used so far
In the past, I used two different billing systems and last year I switched to TherapyNotes. The support I get from them is priceless. The ease of using their billing system is really matchless. I am very happy to make the switch and I plan to stick with them for a long time. They have several, very helpful features. I think any health care professional with issues in their billing/medical record system should at least sign up for the free trial. Highy recommend it.

Great Support Service
The support team is super efficient, professional and very attentive to the needs of those who have difficulties understanding the nuances of revenue reports, patient billing and insurance claims etc. I was extremely pleased with the customer support received when I encountered any issues that I was not able to resolve on my own. Thank you for being so patient with me!

Excellent customer service.
I am a therapist in a busy solo practice. I do all of my own scheduling, billing, IT troubleshooting, and I make my own coffee. I have used TherapyNotes for my electronic records and billing for several years and it does everything I need it to (except bringing me coffee.) The customer service is excellent! They are quick, friendly, knowledgeable and patient and have gone the extra mile for me more than once. I recommend TherapyNotes without hesitation.

Have been using telehealth for years in…
Have been using telehealth for years in my practice. Chose to integrate TherapyNotes with my office requirements ( therapy and process notes, BAA, etc) after a terrific trial period. They are everything they say they are...truly, "as advertised." Their costomer service could not be more responsive; the tutorials and forms library are complete. They are the perfect solution for this sole practioner...they make administration and compliance easy. Thank you.
