What do you like best about TheraPlatform? They had great marketing and I was convinced their product would be great. The system was glitchy and I was unable to have "smooth" telehealth interactions with my clients, thus prompting me to cancel, which they state "didn't happen" so they charged me for another month and then didn't allow me access to the service I was charged for b/c I had canceled. It makes no sense whatsoever and is a predatory business practice.

What do you like best about TheraPlatform? It is easy to access. I like the quick log in and my clients are usually waiting on the waiting room. I like how an email reminder is sent out to the family as well.
