What do you like best about TheraNest? I really like that nearly everything I want for my private practice is in one location. A client portal, billing, invoicing, scheduling, intake paperwork, and an easy connection to create a video link are all there. Customer service is great.

What do you like best about TheraNest? This application helps us schedule and complete documentation all in one place. There are also a lot of trainings that help new staff learn and practice the features. Application is available on web or app form. Support staff answer quickly and are very helpful.

Customer service responded with a canned note blaming old technology or bad internet on my part. I have a new Mac and Google fiber - but paid for service anyway. It wasn’t me. Many reviews complain abt customer service. Telehealth is very spotty. Last week problems on chrome, this week problems on safari. Initial assessment form is not editable.
