Claim Submission with Apex a nightmare

Using their billing service has been a nightmare. I signed up for Apex which is the clearing house they use and have received nothing but denials. It has been an awful experience. Telehealth glitches constantly either loosing sound or freezing and dynamic forms do not set up the way you want them t0o. Apex clearing house reps will not talk to you and denials are usually in error. Easy to use, schedule and navigate but the claims submission is a complete waist of time.

Awful

Awful! I pay so much money a month and they do nothing except push a button. I am the one who has to spend hours following up with denials. When I say all they do is push a button that is it!! Do it yourself or find a company that follows up with denials. I repeat do not use them.

Care more about profit than people-DO NOT USE THERANEST

As a mental health clinician, I am so disappointed in their lack of response to my request to end my managed billing. I followed up three times and decided to terminate my contract with TheraNest completely, but I cannot disconnect my credit card, so they wound up charging me for the entire year. DO NOT USE them. I have been charged $1k in the last two months. I'm already burned out with having to deal with insurance. It's disheartening to have to face the same treatment and bureaucracy ...

DO NOT USE THERANEST

They are greedy and not focused on client satisfaction at all. I subscribed to their managed billing service and their billing was never transparent. Now that I not longer accept insurance, they refuse to terminate my contract with them to manage my billing. Not only that but they refuse to allow me to end with Theranest at all. Do not use Theranest

Do not use Theranest. Terrible customer service. The basic PMS system is okay but we experienced system interruptions and delays with the calendar loading as well as other system glitches that affected our day-to-day business. Not good to have your system go down for 12 counselors! Every time we asked for help no real solutions were offered to fix the problem. Non-existent, absymal "customer service." Like other reviews have mentioned, STEER CLEAR of this company. If you have a question, good luck getting it answered! NO ONE responds to phone calls nor emails.

"TheraNest for Group Practice"

What do you like best about TheraNest? Our counselors like it very much. The clinical side is very intuitive. I like the look of the calendar that shows me, as the manager, all counselors' schedules for the day. It is so helpful that the company charges based on active clients and not users. It's also a tremendous blessing that they offer an excellent non-profit discount.

"Love this platform, great user support"

What do you like best about TheraNest? TheraNest has excellent customer support and is available in a timely manner. They have an extensive database of user-friendly, quick-read articles to address an array of support topics, and I have never waited a full 24hrs to get a response on any question I may have that is not explicitly addressed in the database.
