"Theranest helps keep me organized and manage my clients efficiently"

What do you like best about TheraNest? I love being able to access theranest on the go, using the app on my phone. It is so helpful to have the ability to modify appointments "on the go" as I receive emails and calls from patients when I am away from the office or computer.

TERRIBLE Customer Support!

We are a new customer of Theranest and there are many good features, which attracted us to this EMR, such as ability and ease of creating client forms, integrated billing (we really like our billing specialist), user-friendly client portal, telehealth, E-prescribe and easy to navigate. The CONS of this system, and my MAIN issue is the POOR customer service. The salesperson really sold us on how great their customer support team was. What do you like best about TheraNest? It is simple to use and has many great features such as text reminders, built in treatment planners, teletherapy, and billing.

PROS: The scheduling system works wonders, and I can say that there would never be an app that can surpass the performance of TheraNest. The templates are essential in making a fast and accurate diagnosis of each client. There is a feature where the therapist can leave detailed notes regarding the condition of his/her client. This platform is something that most clinics need to keep their practice well organized.

TheraNest is a solid platform that provides overwhelming support to mental health practitioners.

PROS: The app itself is abundant in features that make it worth paying for. You can find several sets of online tests, invoicing tools, insurance forms, and patient forms. Manually doing things take so much work time while TheraNest guarantees to cut your workload into as much as fifty percent.
