What do you like best about The Receptionist? The Receptionist is a great solution for our waiting room, as it allows clients to check-in with out needing to talk to our admin staff, and then immediately notifies our professional staff through text messages that their clients have arrived. Our admin staff is then freed up to deal with payments, balances, etc., and our professional staff does not have to keep checking the waiting room.

What do you like best about The Receptionist? We get so many compliments about our sign in system from visitors. They are impress with the technology. We have a very busy reception area so having the iReceptionist helps to eliminate calling/tracking people. We know who is in the building at all times and it is a great security feature to have in place.

What do you like best about The Receptionist? The program is really easy to use, It doesn't take long to train someone new on how it works. I really like that you can customize the buttons, add logos, documents etc. The customer service is AMAZING!! They are always available right away and fix any issues I've reported within 5-10min. I talk to Jessica using the IM feature on the website, which is super convenient. I'm extremely satisfied with The Receptionist and glad we chose this company ...
