"Hindsite software"

What do you like best about The HindSite Solution? I like the mapping feature in hindsite. This allows you to book appointments within a reasonable distance of one another. I like the Mass Email feature. I am still new to the software, but it seems endless as to what you can do with the software. Good reporting features, awesome support staff (very patient staff), some good appointment features, such as mapping.
