Easy installation and very user friendly.
What do you like best? Point and click ease of use. User interface is very intuitive and easy. Uploading attachments are very simple. We produce work lists based on whatever criteria we choose.. Selecting groups of applicants for job skills are simple to produce. I love this product - easy to use and understand.
What do you like best? This is an easy to use database especially for my first time to use one! And they have regular webinars to increase your knowledge. What do you dislike? Would love for it to have a place where I can load email addresses and then click on the ones that I want to send a particular application. What problems are you solving with the product? TAM has been great!
What do you like best? The user friendly platform to navigate through active job listings and candidates. What do you dislike? Some of the settings (adding/removing locations, email templates) are a bit difficult to find. Excellent ATS!
What do you like best? Easy to navigate and customize. Reporting is a breeze! What do you dislike? When sorting under status, as drop down may be more helpful than just typing in the letters, since you may have duplicate statuses that say HR, phone screen, etc. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Easy to use ATS that keeps all of our resumes in one place

Great, easy to use solution that can be customized to meet recruitment needs
What do you like best? Short implementation and "partnering" approach from the support team was refreshing. What do you dislike? Reports are accurate...but not pretty. It would be nice to have more graphics or charts available / printable. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? My client did not have an ATS in place. TAM has successfully streamlined recruitment and improved hiring manager's engagement in the hiring process.

Great tool with easy to use features
What do you like best? I like the ability to send multiple emails out with the click of a button. It makes reaching out to many candidates at once a breeze. And I love the fact that I can save email templates. I use that a lot and that saves me a ton of time. I like the notes option as well because it allows me to give additional feedback that is not an option on the drop-down list. An efficient applicant tracking tool
What do you like best? I like that I can organize TAM by the type of applicant, as well as the step they are on in our process. I like that I can create reminder tasks based on their assigned step. I also love that I can add tags in order to search for a therapist with a specific license or other preference. What do you dislike?
