What do you like best about ThankView? I like how quickly you can create a campaign and send out videos. There is the ability to have a low production value as well as upload produced videos for a more formal touch. What do you dislike about ThankView? I feel there are some capabilities that are included that I do not even know about. It might not be the most user-friendly to teach yourself if you do not follow the trainings. What do you like best about ThankView? I appreciate the ability to brand the envelopes and videos using our school colors and logos. I find it easy to use when requesting students, staff, and donors to record a video. I love being able to see metrics, such as open rate, if the person watched 50% of the video, etc. When recently using ThankView for solicitations from our Head of School, the metrics were particularly helpful. What do you like best about ThankView? ThankView reaches people virtually, yet remains very personal. It allows us to deliver a delightful experience to folks in a really meaningful way, and it's incredibly easy to use. We've used it across departments for stewardship, solicitations, event reminders, event followup, welcome to donor recognition groups, homecoming video requests, birthday greetings, and much more. What do you like best about ThankView? Beyond being user-friendly and well-designed, ThankView offers creative and unique ways of reaching out to our donors and alumni base. What do you like best about ThankView? I so appreciated that this was an easy tool to learn, immediately being able to get a critical message out and then being able to take some time to learn more and get better at it when I had more time. I was given no one to talk to and no training and one week to get a video out to thousands of prospective students and their parents when the pandemic hit and staff members were furloughed. ThankView is an amazing product that provides ease of use on the back end with high-quality products to show the donors on the front end!
