What do you like best about ThankView? The genuineness/freshness of the videos adds a real personal touch. What do you dislike about ThankView? It's intuitive once you've done it a couple of times and know how to use it. What problems is ThankView solving and how is that benefiting you? We're not trying to solve problems, as much as using the platform to thank our donors and volunteers.

What do you like best about ThankView? I appreciate merging fields to personalize the video and messages. At the same time, I can streamline communications by re-using videos in a campaign. What do you dislike about ThankView? I wish we could automate our ThankView campaigns instead of uploading lists I've already filtered for folks missing email addresses or unsubscribed. I would also need notification of anyone removed from the campaign so that I can contact them by mail instead. What ...

What do you like best about ThankView? I appreciate the ease of use, I don't like learning new software but it's so user-friendly that after 5 minutes of poking around, I was a pro. What do you like best about ThankView? I love that we can personalize our message to our donor in a unique way that others aren't doing. It's a fun surprise for our donors and a great way to steward them. Also, our other email platform doesn't allow for videos directly within the email body, so love that we don't have to link to YouTube or a webpage. What do you dislike about ThankView?
