What do you like best about ThankView? Thankview is intuitiave so even if I haven't used it in months, I can get a video greeting uploaded and sent to thousands of donors in a matter of minutes. What do you dislike about ThankView? I can't think of anything that I would change. What do you like best about ThankView? I love how simple it is to create the campaigns with the ability to include custom fields. Our team has also had great experiences with using the video request feature in order to customize videos. What do you dislike about ThankView? I wish the document attachment (PDF) was included and not an add-on. This seems like a standard tool or benefit. I would also change the ease of custom envelopes and landing page backgrounds. What do you like best about ThankView? My colleagues and I love that we are able to personalize -- through video -- messages to our most treasured constituents. We use ThankView for everything from birthday greetings, to event invites, to special fund appeals! What do you dislike about ThankView? I'm not a huge fan of the new pricing structure, by number of contacts. It's annoying to have to clear out spam and/or bounced addresses before sending a ThankView to our whole constituent base.
