What do you like best about ThankView? The most helpful thing about ThankView is customizing every aspect of the email and video. There is so much opportunity to personalize your experience, from the creation of the ThankView to the metrics report after the send. I couldn't recommend ThankView enough. What do you like best about ThankView? I love how easy it is to create and send videos. Our donors love to see thank you's from students and we can record several in just a few minutes. What do you dislike about ThankView? I wish we could delete multiple videos from the library at once! What problems is ThankView solving and how is that benefiting you? Donor stewardship - we have a small office and many donors to manage, so this makes it simple, efficient, and personal.
