"mostly good"

What do you like best about TextUnited? translation memory, help to track older translation; also like add a term, help to unify names, etc. What do you dislike about TextUnited? Couldn't type Chinese well in the Safari browser is an often complaint from Mac users. What problems is TextUnited solving and how is that benefiting you? Couldn't switch the proofreader once kicked off, and it can now. That's great.

"Great system for us to use"

What do you like best about TextUnited? They are fast in responding and they are fast to translate. Sending the documents works great for me. The platform alltogether is structured for me to navigate easily. The service they provide is always very positive and fast in responding. "Almost there, but much more work needs to be done"

The browser is too slow, and you can't bulk change projects such as put on hold. What do you like best about TextUnited? Centralised management of translation tasks. Real-time tracking of progress. Intuitive UI, with the source text displayed alongside target language. Zendesk integration is great for syncing back articles with links and multimedia.
