Generally speaking excellent. The surveys function admirably for us, and the incorporation is not difficult to do. The new overhall looks encouraging. Minor niggles - I actually don't receive email notices for surveys (regardless of having these set up in my choices), and the Trustbox some of the time stacks a little more slow on my site than I might want - site speed is something we are continually chipping away at.
