"Good but fairly new to Text Request"

What do you like best about Text Request? The templates have made my day easier. I like being able to have several templates to confirm appointments quickly and not spend a big chunk of my day texting.

What do you like best about Text Request? It is easy to set up group messages which makes contacting customer couples or families very easy! What do you dislike about Text Request?

What do you like best about Text Request? I love that Text Request makes it easy to upload and update contacts. It is also vital to be able to attach documents to send to students/families which we didn't have in our old system. I love that you could use this for payments as well, though we will likely not use that function for our purposes. It's wonderful you can change the layout of the screen to meet your needs.

What do you like best about Text Request? The platform is easy to use. It streamlines everyday communication with clients and allows for less time spent on the phone. The platform allows for easy customization (ie. signature line, after hours auto response, contact notes, etc.), which allows for around-the-clock accessibility.
