What do you like best about Text Request? The most helpful thing about Text Request is that they have the box to check if you have already responded or are already taking care of the order. This makes it easier to not respond to one that a coworker is already replying to, which I did not see on the other platform we were using. It was very frustrating to not have that feature and everything runs way more smoothly now.

What do you like best about Text Request? We came across a text request because our prior text company was coming to an end. Text request has been an easy system with people friendly tool. The training was worth taking advantage of to make the best of the system. Very much recommended.
