What do you like best about Text Request? I like that you can save automatic replies I also like that you can see what is resolved or unresolved. I appreciate that the text messages stay in chronological order, and the interface is very user-friendly.

I was able to seamlessly import my contacts and also automate processes using the zapier integration to connect my online scheduler to Text Request, so that customers get appointment reminder texts and instructions for filling our paperwork. I switched from a competitor due to constant issues, and Text Request has been flawless in comparison.

What do you like best about Text Request? TextRequest allows us to speak to our families through text at any time of the day. It links to our computers and has an app that will let us download it on our phones to get notifications when we're not at work computers.

"Getting texting service for Zipwhip users"

What do you like best about Text Request? We have used Zipwhip for years and now that it is winding down, we discovered Text Request. It has been a wonderful addition to our business. We have all locations housed under one dashboard rather than paying per location. My savings was immediate but the quality of the product is superior. A win-win!
