What do you like best about Text Request? I work for a local radio station, and we recently switched to Text Request. It's so easy to switch between different lines so I never miss a listener's message! All of the messages are neatly arranged so I always know who I'm texting with!

What do you like best about Text Request? The best thing about Text Request is that it makes work easy and we can sms and chat with our customers without any complexity. Also, this app has an in-built feature for payments.

What do you like best about Text Request? We love using text request for work! It gives our customers instant access without having to give put personal cell phone numbers. Everything is routed through our business' landline number, and it's dispersed to a few key individuals on our management team. It's been a super useful tool especially this summer as we've had a few storms knock out our phone lines and our customers were able to text us when they weren't able to call.

"Seamless transition from Podium"
What do you like best about Text Request? The price is far lower than Podium which was the main reason we had decided to switch. We started out looking for a comparable service to Podium and Text Request filled that void at a fraction of the cost.

What do you like best about Text Request? This program has allowed me to easily stay in touch with customers and leads. Many times I have found that leads that wont answer the phone will answer a text.
