What do you like best about Text Request? I love how easy it is to view messages from our many customers. Some of the features we really value are being able to schedule messages, have templates, automated responses and being able to easily import contacts.

What do you like best about Text Request? I like that everyone can have a user account so we aren't all sharing just a few accounts. Text Request made it easy for us to make the switch to them. Their dashboard is user friendly. I really appreciate that there is no contract and you can change your plan month to month as needed.

What do you like best about Text Request? Text Request is extremely easy to navigate and learn to use. The scheduled messaging feature saves me so much time, as well as the templates. I use the templates at least twice a day and they save so much time.

What do you like best about Text Request? Text Request allows my employees to initiate and respond to SMS messages on the same number our VoIP system uses for voice calls. We've been using it for several weeks so far, and are very happy with it. It's fast, search works well, the contact list is reasonably robust, we can see which users sent every outbound message, and push notifications on the mobile app have been reliable so far. Text Request excels at what we need in a business SMS ...

What do you like best about Text Request? Its easy to communicate with the patient without having to call everyone. What do you dislike about Text Request?

What do you like best about Text Request? Test request is the most easiet and covient app their is. It helps me make it to my appt on time, and keep in contact with my Dr Office. Without i would probably be stuck on hold for 20 minutes trying to reach someone in a doctors office lol. very easy and convient. My grandma can use this app.

What do you like best about Text Request? The ability to mark texts as done when completed (not just read) this is super important, also the ability to create and message groups seamlessly and include attachments
