"Easy Transition"
What do you like best about Text Request? I like the notification sounds and that I can see when someone else in my office is replying to the customer. The text channel shows them as "typing" and this prevents us from doing double the work or confusing a customer.

What do you like best about Text Request? I like the search feature and the option for group texts. When we transfered from the old one to the new one, it easily carrried everything over and we were able to pick up where we left off.

What do you like best about Text Request? As a new user, I found Text Request very easy to set up and use. I was able to get the type of notifications that fit my lifestyle and I really like the options for viewing messages. I really like having the options for organizing the messages!
